Subscription and trial
How do I subscribe?
You can register for the free plan first. For a paid plan, contact sales and we will help configure the plan you expect to use. After online payment is completed, the subscription is usually upgraded shortly.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can register for the free plan directly. If you want to evaluate a paid plan, contact sales to request a two-month trial.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes. After a plan change, the new subscription date becomes the new starting date, and remaining API usage is carried into the new annual period.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
No. Armoury+ does not use automatic renewal. We will remind you before the subscription ends, and you can decide whether to continue.
Payment and contracts
What payment methods do you accept?
For plans configured through sales, we support bank transfer and credit card payment.
How do I update payment information?
Payment information is only used for the current transaction. For the next payment, you can use a new payment method or updated payment details.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. Cancellations are not refunded, but you can continue using the system until the current subscription period ends.
Can I get a refund after cancellation?
No. Cancellation does not create a refund, but access remains available until the current subscription end date.
Can you provide invoices or procurement documents?
If your company needs procurement documents, payment proof, or invoice-related information, contact sales and we will support the process based on your plan and payment method.
Do you offer discounts for schools or nonprofits?
Yes. Schools, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations can contact sales for suitable plans or discount options.
Usage and limits
What if I need more storage?
Storage differs by plan. If you need more storage, contact sales to review the right option.
What happens when API usage runs out?
Review your project usage first, then evaluate whether to upgrade. If you are unsure about volume, sales can help estimate usage and provide a quote.
Can I invite multiple team members?
Yes. Armoury+ supports team collaboration and role permissions so members can participate in case design, execution, and reporting based on their responsibilities.
Can I import or export existing test cases?
Yes. Armoury+ provides import and export capabilities for test cases, making migration and regular knowledge-base backups easier.
Can Armoury+ integrate with automated testing?
Yes. Armoury+ provides APIs that allow automated test results to be sent back into the system, so manual and automated reports can be managed together.
Can I use it on mobile or tablet?
Armoury+ uses responsive design and supports different device sizes. For large case editing or batch operations, desktop or laptop use is still recommended.

How do I contact support or sales?
You can use the Armoury+ contact page or email [email protected]. After logging in, you can also reach us through the in-app support entry.
How long does onboarding take?
Small teams can usually begin with the free or trial plan, then gradually import test cases and adjust workflows. For migration, permission planning, or larger rollouts, speak with sales first.
Do you provide training or usage guidance?
Yes. Armoury+ is suitable for test case management, Test Run training, and QA process building. If your team needs onboarding guidance, contact us to discuss support options.
How are data security and permissions managed?
Armoury+ supports role-based permissions so teams can control what members can view or operate. For security, audit, or enterprise procurement requirements, contact us for details.
What happens to data after the subscription ends?
Before the subscription ends, export any test cases and data you need to keep. If you need reactivation, retention, or migration support, contact support or sales early.
