How do I get all of these system?

Step 1

Subscribe Armoury+

You need to subscribe to the Armoury+ plan first to access all the benefits. Don’t worry, you can make the payment within 60 days. In other words, you can try it out for 60 days.

Step 2

Create Blue

You need to provide the email address and name of a Blue administrator, your company logo, the company name you wish to display, and the color tone.

KEENLITY will create your Blue account and invite the administrator. The administrator can then start inviting your company members to join Blue.

Step 3

RTILA License

Please ensure that each user who wants to use RTILA Studio first registers for a free account via this link and provides their email to KEENLITY (We recommand use personal email, not company email). We will send the license codes to the Blue administrator, who will then distribute them.

You can start by using a partial number of licenses, and there is no need to use them all at once. We will keep track of the remaining licenses for you.

Step 4

Finish

We have completed the delivery of all systems and licenses, and you can now start using the best software testing solutions.

Does each plan include Blue and RTILA?

Yes. Each paid plan includes the Blue project management system and a fixed number of RTILA Studio licenses at no additional cost.

Is the unlimited users, unlimited projects, and unlimited storage in Blue truly unlimited?

Yes, you can create unlimited projects, invite unlimited users, clients, or external parties, and the storage is also unlimited, but reasonable usage is still required.

Who should be contacted for issues related to Blue or RTILA?

As a partner in the alliance, KEENLITY provides promotional services and basic solutions, but for issues related to system stability or technical matters, you still need to contact Blue or RTILA. KEENLITY is also happy to act as a liaison.

Is there any difference between subscribing to Blue and RTILA on my own and the services you provide?

Blue:

Your account will be managed and maintained by KEENLITY, but you will have control over all projects and KEENLITY cannot access your data. You only need to contact KEENLITY if you need to change the following company settings:

  1. Change company name
  2. Change company logo
  3. Change menu color scheme

RTILA:

The learner licenses you receive will be managed by KEENLITY.You only have the right to use the licenses to experience full function of RTILA Studio instead of free license that only allow one project.

Can I subscribe to Blue and RTILA myself?

Of course you can. As an alliance partner of Blue and RTILA, we are delighted that you are willing to directly subscribe to Blue and RTILA's services. You will be able to obtain direct administrative privileges.

When you subscribe to Blue and RTILA through our alliance program, we will provide a discount on Armoury+.

What happens when I no longer subscribe to Armoury+?

As with any subscription-based service, you will no longer be able to access Armoury+ and Blue, and your data will be deleted; the RTILA Licenses will be revoked.

When you want to continue your subscription in the future, we may not be able to offer the same plan, as the Blue and RTILA License provided through the alliance are limited in number.
